Clariance and SpineVision Complete Merger

Clariance and SpineVision have merged and will operate under the brand of Clariance SpineVision with headquarters in Lyon, France, and Antony, Paris, a factory in Beaurains, France, and subsidiaries in Dallas, TX, and Milan, Italy.

With the merger the company expanded its product distribution to over 30 countries, which will help the company achieve a critical mass, enhancing its access to additional resources for strategic initiatives.
 
Clariance SpineVision will offer a wide product range including products like Erisma-LP, Hexanium, Flex+2, and a product pipeline driven by a shared vision for the advancement of enabling technologies.
